2. The name of the promotion is "Travel with Intercape and Win 1 of 2 Return Bus Tickets”

3. The promotion will run from 01 November 2022 – 30 November 2022 (“promotion period”) after which no further entries will be accepted.

4. Entry is based on booking an Intercape bus ticket online and paying with a 1Voucher.

5. The competition is open to all participants within the Republic of South Africa. Return tickets limited to South African routes only.

6. The draw for the qualifying winners will be done once the competition ends on 30th November 2022 and the winners will be announced in the 2nd week of December 2022.

7. Winners will receive 1 of 2 Return Bus Tickets.

8. Flash Group and their delivery agent does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.

9. Winners give Flash Group, and its authorized agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes, unless refused.

10. You understand that all information (including these Terms and Conditions) relating to this promotion published on any promotional or advertising material or on our website at any time before or during the promotion period will form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry.

11. 1Voucher also has the right to withdraw this promotion before the final draw.

14.2. Pay for the Intercape bus ticket using 1Voucher during the competition dates, which are:

1 November 2022 – 30 November 2022.

14.3 Entry is automatic, once you have paid with a 1Voucher

14. You are not eligible to participate in this promotion if:

15.1 You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of FLASH Group, or its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the promotion; or

15.2 You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified in 15.1

15. 1Voucher reserves the right to substitute, change or exchange any prize with another prize of similar commercial value without notice, in their sole discretion. You will not have a claim against 1Voucher in this event.
